The Purchasing Office procures supplies, services, construction and public works projects for all City departments following applicable state laws and city ordinances. Procurement processes are conducted in a manner that ensures open and fair competition, with the objective of acquiring the needed item or service at the lowest possible cost, consistent with expected delivery and quality requirements.
