How to Fill out Your Vote by Mail Application
All registered voters in Massachusetts have begun to receive Vote by Mail applications from the Secretary of State's office.

When you are filling out your application, please be sure to check off what primary ballot you would like to receive (highlighted in yellow in photo below). If you are an unenrolled voter, you MUST choose either a Democratic or Republican ballot for the primary election. If you are affiliated with a political party then you will receive that party's primary ballot.
