Haverhill's "Top Dog" Contest
The “Top Dog” contest is a friendly competition to encourage residents to license their furry friends. Residents who license or relicense their dogs may participate by submitting a photo of their dog during licensing for a chance to have their loyal companion named Haverhill’s “Top Dog.”
The 1st place winner receive dog license #1 and their dog’s picture will be posted in the City Clerk’s Office and website. The 2nd and 3rd place winners will get license #2 and #3.
A copy of a valid rabies certificate is required for licensing.

1st Place was awarded to “Max,” a two-year old male mixed breed. He is owned by Joan Hatem-Roy. Max is now proudly displaying dog license #1.
2nd Place was awarded to “Ginger,” a six-year old female Collie mix. Her owner is David Boucher. Ginger was awarded dog license #2.
3rd Place was awarded to “Bruno,” a two-year old male Labrador Retriever. His owner is Anne Rosa. Bruno was awarded dog license #3.
