ORDERED: That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to enter into and execute a certain lease agreement entitled Great American Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of Haverhill with
Voice Systems for a Vertical Wave Phone System to be installed in the Police Station, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. This agreement is for a period of 60 months and City Council approval is necessary for contracts which exceed 36 months. (see document for complete text)
