COUNCILLOR MACEK STATED THAT HE HAS HAD DISCUSSIONS WITH THE CITY ENGINEER AND BOB WARD ABOUT A REDESIGN TO ALLOW FOR PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF SO. PLEASANT ST. MOTION TO SEND A LETTER TO JOHN PETTIS AND PLANNING DIRECTOR TO DRAFT ORDINANCES THAT WOULD CORRESPOND WITH REDESIGN Yeas 9, Nays 0 76-L

Communication was received from Councillor Daly O’Brien requesting to introduce a representative from the League of Women Voters regarding a Meet the Candidate Forum. 
Joel Gagnon, Secretary, League of Women Voters, stated that there is going to be a debate for the First Essex Senate on Oct.15th, 7:00PM- 8:45PM at the Haverhill Public Library.
