Haverhill's 311 call center is a customer service platform to better enable residents of Haverhill to report non-emergency issues to the city.  Anyone within the city limits can simply dial 311 and reach trained operators from 8AM-4PM to respond to non-emergency questions and concerns. The Haverhill 311 call center will make it easier to report service requests concerning issues like potholes, street light outages, downed trees and trash issues.

Haverhill 311 can be accessed anywhere within the city limits or through calling 978-358-1311 and should be used for non-emergencies only. Haverhill 311 is available through several different platforms including: Mobile App; Social Media (FB & Twitter); Online through the City’s website and by Phone, dial 311 or 978-358-1311.

With the launch of Haverhill 311, Mayor Fiorentini has taken a step to better streamline service requests for the residents of Haverhill. Haverhill 311 will make it easier for residents to report issues and has an added feature that will track requests and if desired, will enable residents to receive follow up messaging about how their request is progressing.
